Apply to vend at BurlyCon! Vending applications are a rolling submissions between March 15th and July 15th (or until all slots are filled). BurlyCon is looking to provide a variety of vendors and goods at our November convention. The purpose of having an application is to mitigate the oversaturation of item types, give marginalized vendors a chance to debut at BurlyCon, and balance direct industry-related vendors with tangential vendors.

Vendors will be notified of their application status no more than 2 weeks after receipt of the application.

If necessary, a waitlist will be created should vending be filled before July 15th.


Each vendor may have 2 individuals working at their booth. Vendors may purchase up to 2 discounted badges if they or their booth help would like to attend classes or events. This discount is due to the majority of the vendors' time being spent in the vending hall.

Vendors may purchase discounted advertisement space in the commemorative BurlyCon 2025 program.

All vendors will be listed on the BurlyCon website with links to the vendor's direct shop.

Part of vending at BurlyCon includes pre-convention advertisement provided by BurlyCon. This advertisement includes at least 1 individual social media shout-out on both Facebook and Instagram, at least 1 mention in our pre-convention newsletter, and inclusion in at least 3 group teaser reels of what attendees can look forward to at BurlyCon 2025. For BurlyCon to uphold this promise, all promotional materials will be received no later than August 15th. Vendors who provide the materials after August 15th may not have as much dedicated time.

Upon acceptance to vend, BurlyCon will send a small survey asking for images you would like highlighted and advertising copy about what you would like BurlyCon attendees to know about your shop. Those who return the requested materials before August 15th may have their storefront included in additional teaser reels.

New for 2025! 

  • Note that we have a new table option in the Emerald Foyer Lobby.
  • We will be adding a Lunch Hour as a break time for vendors where the vending hall will be closed part way through the day on Friday and Saturday (timing TBD).
  • You're invited to feature your wares in the opening night ceremony fashion show featuring attendee volunteer models walking the stage-more info to come on this!
  • You're invited to contribute an item or gift certificate of your choice to the "vendor passport" raffle. Attendees will receive a vendor passport at registration check-in and must visit every vendor to get a signature in order for their passport to enter the raffle. Winner drawn at the closing ceremony on Sunday.

$400 for an Emerald Foyer 10' x 10'

$125 for an Emerald Foyer 6' x 3' (note: vendors cannot sit behind this table and cannot have their display extend beyond the table. Chairs to sit next to will be provided)

$350 for a Vending Hall Primary 10' x 10' (in the three front locations) (A, V, & M)

$300 for a Vending Hall Standard 10' x 10' (L, K, J, I, & N) 

$250 for a Vending Hall full  8' x 6' 

$125 for a Shared Vending Hall half space 4' x 3'


Payment plans are available for all 10' x 10' spaces. Balance must be paid in full no later than August 15th.

If you find yourself unable to vend, refunds are available minus 20% of the cost of your vending space until September 15th. After September 15th, no refunds will be given. 

Be sure to provide a valid email that you check regularly! Your invoice is for the full amount of your vendor fee, and will show any payments received and balance due. Your vending, registration, and advertising space will not be reserved until we receive payment.

Once paid in full, you will be registered in full for Vending at BurlyCon 2025.
